Privacy notice

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We also note which page the form was sent from. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, asking you a follow up question, or offering a time to talk. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people at Devices Pipeline who are handling your request, and by the service providers that host this site and process the form on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you from page to page or across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to esther.kane@devicespipeline.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you ever want us to stop contacting you, reply stop and we will.
